Bilan final

Les impacts plus importants que j’ai observé chez les participants de 5 groupes sont :

  • De briser un certain isolement en se parlant vraiment, en partageant leurs préoccupations, leurs connaissances, les bonnes pratiques afin de se s’entraider de façon naturelle.
  • Une meilleure capacité d’analyse en gérant mieux la pression, en voulant ne pas être « trop » parfait.
  • Une meilleure prise du recul pour voir les situations avec des nouvelles perspectives, avoir une vision plus haute des enjeux.
  • Le processus leur a permis développer la confiance en soi et aux autres dans leur développement personnel et leurs talents professionnels.
  • Une plus grande agilité à gérer ses émotions. A verbaliser ses émotions sans se laisser submerger par elles, même dans des situations difficiles.
  • Une consolidation des compétences professionnelles, les participants se sont sentis plus rassurés dans leurs missions.
  • Pour certain, cela leur a redonné un « pouvoir d’agir ».

Pour moi, c’était vraiment intéressant de pouvoir vérifier deux mois après la fin de nos séances, l’impact de celles-ci et là, j’ai pu observer que le Codéveloppement nous « oblige » à nous mettre en mouvement et à apporter des changements concrets et durables (je l’espère). Les apprentissages collaboratifs étaient bien visibles et cela a créé de l’agilité.

A la suite de nos séances, certains groupes ont continué leurs rendez-vous mensuels, de manière autonome afin de pérenniser leurs apprentissages et l’amélioration de leur pratique.
