Groupe « managers »

La mise en place a été tout en douceur car ils étaient tous motivés et les règles du groupe avait déjà été posées et respectées lors de la formation au management.

Le partage fût facilité car confiance et respect étaient déjà acquis.

Dès la deuxième séance, ma position a été de plus en plus basse tellement le processus était respecté.

La valeur d’entraide était de plus en plus naturelle et je trouvais que le groupe rayonnait de bonheur plus les séances avançaient.

Avec ce groupe, j’ai souvent utilisé l’improvisation théâtrale afin de les faire prendre conscience de blocages sur certaines situations et pour trouver ensemble des solutions.

Beaucoup de jeux ont été basés sur les émotions pour explorer comment maîtriser les leurs et entendre celles de leurs collaborateurs.

Les demandes des « clients » ont souvent porté sur des actes managériaux concret. Afin qu’ils puissent les vivre, les ressentir, j’ai régulièrement mis en place les « bulles » d’improvisation : des scénettes afin d’apprendre en expérimentant.

Je suis super fier du parcours de ce groupe et j’ai beaucoup appris avec eux. Mon apprentissage le plus fort a été de faire plus attention aux aspects positifs, de faire plus acte de gratitude pour les autres mais pas que… un apprentissage important aussi a été : « J’ai le droit aussi de ne pas être « trop » parfait. »
